The BAS16VY-QX is a high-speed switching diode array from Nexperia, integrating three independent diodes in a compact SOT-363 (SC-88) surface-mount package. Each diode is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and a continuous forward current of 200mA, with a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns. The device is qualified to AEC-Q101 and recommended for use in automotive applications.
Key electrical characteristics include a typical forward voltage of 1.25V at 150mA, a maximum reverse current of 500nA at 80V, and non-repetitive peak forward current capabilities of 4A (1µs), 1A (1ms), and 0.5A (1s). Maximum total power dissipation is 250mW when a single diode is loaded on an FR4 PCB, with a junction-to-solder-point thermal resistance of 260K/W.
The operating and storage temperature ranges are both -65°C to 150°C. The BAS16VY-QX is provided in a 6-lead TSSOP6 package also designated as 6-TSSOP, SC-88, or SOT-363, suitable for high-speed switching and general-purpose switching applications.
