The BAS16LS-QYL from Nexperia is a high-speed switching diode designed for fast switching applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V and a forward current rating of 215mA. The diode offers a reverse recovery time of just 4ns and a typical capacitance of 1.5pF, making it suitable for high-frequency circuits. Leakage current is low at 0.5µA maximum at 80V reverse voltage.
Packaged in the ultra-small DFN1006BD-2 (SOD882BD) leadless SMD package with side-wettable flanks, the device supports Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) of solder joints.
