The BAS16,215 is a high-speed switching diode from Nexperia USA Inc., designed for general-purpose and high-speed switching applications. It offers a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 100V and a forward current (If) of 215mA, with a typical forward voltage of 1.25V at 150mA.
