The BACC63CC20-41P7 is a circular connector receptacle manufactured by Cinch, designed for high-reliability power applications. It features 41 male power contacts with gold finish, housed in a shell size 20-41 made of aluminum with a cadmium over nickel finish. The connector is panel mounted using a flange and secured with a bayonet lock coupling mechanism, ensuring quick and secure mating.
Termination is via crimp contacts, with current ratings of 7.5 A DC for size 20, 13.0 A DC for size 16, and 23.0 A DC for size 12 contacts. The connector is shielded and environmentally sealed, with an ingress protection rating of Environment Sealed. Electrical specifications include a dielectric strength of 1500 VAC RMS and insulation resistance of 5000 MΩ minimum.
This connector is qualified to MIL-C-26500 and supports operating temperatures from -55°C to 200°C. It withstands vibration up to 20 g and shock up to 50 g, with a durability of 500 mating cycles for the bayonet coupling. The cable opening accommodates a diameter of 0.986" (25.04 mm).
