The ATXMEGA64B3-AU is a high-performance, low-power 8/16-bit AVR XMEGA microcontroller from Microchip Technology. It features a 32MHz maximum clock frequency at 2.7V-3.6V and 12MHz at 1.6V. The device operates from 1.6V to 3.6V supply voltage and over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
It includes 64KB of in-system self-programmable Flash, 4KB SRAM, and 2KB EEPROM.
