The ATXMEGA16A4U-MHR is a low-power, high-performance 8/16-bit AVR XMEGA microcontroller from Microchip Technology. It features an AVR core running at up to 32 MHz and includes 16KB of in-system self-programmable flash memory, 2KB of SRAM, and 1KB of EEPROM.
