The ATUC64L4U-ZAUR is a 32-bit AVR microcontroller built on Microchip's picoPower technology for ultra-low power consumption. It features a compact single-cycle RISC instruction set including DSP instructions, and a memory protection unit (MPU) with secure access unit. The device operates at up to 50MHz from Flash with one wait state, or 25MHz with zero wait states, delivering up to 64 DMIPS performance.
On-chip memory includes 64KB of Flash and 16KB of SRAM, both accessible in single cycles up to 25MHz.
