The ATTINY4313-SUR is an 8-bit AVR microcontroller from Microchip Technology, based on the high-performance AVR RISC architecture. It features 4KB of in-system self-programmable Flash memory, 256B of SRAM, and 256B of EEPROM, providing ample storage for code and data in embedded applications. The device operates at clock speeds up to 20 MHz at 5.5V, offering up to 20 MIPS throughput.
Peripheral features include a full-duplex USART, SPI and I2C interfaces via the Universal Serial Interface (USI), two timers (one 8-bit and one 16-bit), four PWM channels, an on-chip analog comparator, a programmable watchdog timer, and debugWIRE on-chip debugging support. The microcontroller includes 18 programmable I/O lines and is available in a 20-SOIC surface mount package (0.295" width).
Operating voltage ranges from 1.8V to 5.5V, making it suitable for low-power and battery-powered designs. Typical active current consumption is 190 µA at 1.8V and 1 MHz, with idle current of 24 µA and power-down current of 0.1 µA. The device operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
