The ATTINY25-20SSUR is an 8-bit AVR microcontroller from Microchip Technology featuring 2KB of in-system programmable Flash memory, 128B SRAM, and 128B EEPROM. It operates at speeds up to 20MHz with a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V.
Peripheral features include a 10-bit ADC with 4 single-ended channels, a Universal Serial Interface (USI), two 8-bit timer/counters with PWM, brown-out detection, power-on reset, and a watchdog timer. The device supports six programmable I/O lines.
