The ATTINY102F-SSNR is a low-power, high-performance 8-bit AVR microcontroller from Microchip Technology's ATtiny family. It is based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture, executing most instructions in a single clock cycle, achieving up to 12 MIPS throughput at 12MHz. The device integrates 1KB of in-system programmable Flash memory with 10,000 write/erase cycles and 20-year data retention at 85°C, along with 32 bytes of internal SRAM.
Key peripherals include a 5-channel 10-bit ADC with selectable internal voltage references (1.1V, 2.2V, 4.3V), a 16-bit timer/counter with two PWM channels, an analog comparator, a programmable watchdog timer, and a UART/USART serial interface. The microcontroller operates over a wide supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and features an internal calibrated oscillator, eliminating the need for external clock components.
