The ATSAML21J17B-AUT is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the ARM Cortex-M0+ core, operating at up to 48 MHz. It provides 128 KB of Flash program memory and 16 KB of RAM. The device includes a range of peripherals such as DMA, POR, PWM, and WDT. Connectivity options include I2C, LINbus, SCI, SPI, UART/USART, and USB.
