The ATSAML10D16A-MU is a 32-bit microcontroller from Microchip Technology based on the ARM Cortex-M23 core. It operates at a maximum clock frequency of 32MHz and features 64KB of Flash program memory, 16KB of SRAM, and 2KB of EEPROM. The device includes 17 general-purpose I/O lines and a rich set of peripherals: brown-out detect/reset, DMA, POR, PWM, and watchdog timer. It also integrates a 5-channel 12-bit ADC and a 1-channel 10-bit DAC, making it suitable for mixed-signal applications.
Connectivity interfaces include I²C, LINbus, SPI, and UART/USART, enabling flexible communication with sensors and other ICs. The supply voltage range is 1.62V to 3.63V with a nominal 3.3V, and it operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The MCU is housed in a 24-VFQFN exposed pad package (24-VQFN, 4x4mm) for surface mount assembly.
