The ATSAMD10D13A-MUT is a low-power microcontroller from the Atmel SAM D10 series, built around the 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ processor core. It operates at a maximum frequency of 48MHz and provides 8KB of Flash program memory and 4KB of SRAM. The device includes 22 general-purpose I/O pins and a range of peripherals such as three SERCOM modules configurable as USART, UART, SPI, I2C, LIN slave, and more. It also features a 10-channel 12-bit ADC, a single 10-bit DAC, two analog comparators, a 6-channel DMA controller, and a 6-channel Event System for inter-peripheral signaling.
The microcontroller supports multiple sleep modes including Idle and Standby for power-sensitive applications. It includes a brown-out detect/reset, power-on reset, and watchdog timer for reliable operation. The device is available in a 24-VFQFN exposed pad package (24-QFN, 4x4mm) and is designed for surface mount assembly. The SAM D10 series offers pin-compatible migration paths within the family, allowing easy scaling to devices with larger memory or additional features.
The operating voltage range is 1.62V to 3.63V.
It comes in a 24-VFQFN exposed pad package (24-QFN, 4x4mm) for surface mount assembly.
The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
The RoHS status is listed as RoHS3 Compliant, but this is unverified and should be confirmed with the manufacturer.
It uses a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ processor.
It has 8KB of Flash memory and 4KB of SRAM.
It supports I2C, LINbus, SPI, and UART/USART via three SERCOM modules.
