The ATSAM4N8AA-MU is a 32-bit microcontroller from Microchip Technology based on the ARM Cortex-M4 core. It operates at up to 100 MHz and features 512KB of Flash program memory and 64KB of SRAM. The device includes 34 general-purpose I/O pins and supports I²C, IrDA, SPI, and UART/USART communication interfaces.
