It supports up to 64KB of optional external memory space and features programming lock for software security.

 

Peripheral features include one 8-bit Timer/Counter, one 16-bit Timer/Counter with capture mode, three PWM channels, a programmable serial USART, and a Master/Slave SPI serial interface. It also includes a programmable watchdog timer and an on-chip analog comparator. Special microcontroller features such as Power-on Reset, Programmable Brown-out Detection, and an Internal Calibrated RC Oscillator enhance its reliability.
