The ATMEGA32U4-AU is an 8-bit AVR microcontroller featuring a high-performance, low-power RISC architecture. It operates at up to 16MHz, delivering 16 MIPS throughput. The device includes 32KB of in-system self-programmable Flash memory, 2.5KB of internal SRAM, and 1KB of EEPROM.
