The AT90S2313-10SC is a low-power, high-performance 8-bit microcontroller based on the AVR RISC architecture. It features 2KB of in-system programmable Flash memory with 1,000 write/erase cycles endurance, 128 bytes of SRAM, and 128 bytes of in-system programmable EEPROM with 100,000 write/erase cycles endurance.
