The AT04-4P-BM04 is a 4-position, 2-row shrouded receptacle header from Amphenol Sine Systems, part of the A Series. It features male pins with circular copper alloy contacts finished in nickel. The housing is black thermoplastic with a 4-wall shrouded design and a latch holder fastening system. Mounting is through hole with solder termination. The connector is rated for 13A continuous current and has a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1500V AC with less than 2mA leakage. Insulation resistance is 1000 MΩ minimum at 25°C. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and achieves IP67 protection when mated. Mating cycle durability is rated at 100 cycles. The design includes board lock and potting wall features, though this variant (AT04-4P-BM04) has no potting reservoir. The mating plug is the AT06-4S* series. This connector is intended for board-to-cable/wire applications in harsh environments.
