The Alliance AS25F3256MQ-7S2IN is a 256Mbit (32MByte) Serial NOR Flash memory designed for systems requiring efficient storage in limited space, pins, and power. It offers high performance with a 133MHz clock speed for Single, Dual, and Quad SPI operations, as well as Quad Peripheral Interface (QPI) for true execute-in-place (XIP) functionality.
This memory device operates over a wide voltage range of 2.3V to 3.6V and an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It features over 100,000 erase/program cycles and more than 20 years of data retention. The architecture is flexible with uniform 4KB sectors, allowing for efficient erase operations. Programming can be done 1 to 256 bytes per page.
Available in space-saving packages, the AS25F3256MQ-7S2IN comes in a 16-pin SOP (300mils) and an 8-pad WSON (6x8mm). Advanced security features include software and hardware write protection, power supply lock-down, and OTP protection. It also provides a 64-bit unique ID for each device.
