The AOZ8300CI-05 is a transient voltage suppressor array designed to protect high speed data lines from ESD and lightning. It features four unidirectional channels with a typical reverse standoff voltage of 2.5V and maximum clamping voltage of 9V at 20A (8/20µs). The device delivers 450W peak pulse power (8x20µs) and offers ESD protection up to ±30kV contact and air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2.
This steering (rail-to-rail) TVS array is well-suited for Ethernet applications, providing power line protection with very low typical capacitance of 2.5pF at 1MHz to minimize signal distortion. It also withstands lightning surges of 20A (8/20µs) per IEC 61000-4-5 and EFT bursts of 40A (5/50ns) per IEC 61000-4-4.
The device is housed in a surface-mount SOT-23-6 package and operates over a -40°C to +85°C temperature range. It is halogen-free and RoHS compliant.
