The AOZ1236QI-02 from AOS is a 24V, 6A synchronous buck regulator designed for high-efficiency DC/DC conversion. It features a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 24V and an output voltage adjustable down to 0.8V with ±1.0% accuracy.
This regulator utilizes a proprietary constant on-time PWM control with input feed-forward for fast transient response and a programmable switching frequency up to 1MHz. It includes internal NFETs with low RDS(ON) (35mΩ high-side, 12mΩ low-side) to enhance efficiency.
Protection features include VCC under-voltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limit, output over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown. The AOZ1236QI-02 is housed in a thermally enhanced 4mm x 4mm QFN-23L package, suitable for surface mount applications.
