The ADuM1401CRWZ is a quad-channel digital isolator based on Analog Devices' iCoupler® technology, combining high-speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology for superior performance over optocouplers. It provides four independent isolation channels with a high data rate of up to 90 Mbps (NRZ).
Key electrical specifications include precise timing characteristics with a maximum pulse width distortion of 2 ns and channel-to-channel matching of 2 ns. It offers high common-mode transient immunity of greater than 25 kV/μs. The isolator supports bidirectional communication and 3 V/5 V level translation.
