The ADUC7039WBCPZ is a precision battery sensor microcontroller from Analog Devices, part of the MicroConverter family. It integrates an ARM7TDMI-S core running at 20.48 MHz with 64 kB of Flash/EE memory and 4 kB of SRAM. The device features dual 16-bit Σ-Δ ADCs for simultaneous sampling of battery current and voltage, along with an on-chip temperature sensor. Connectivity includes LINbus and SPI interfaces, and peripherals include POR, watchdog timer, and general-purpose timer. The microcontroller operates directly from a 12 V battery supply with a supply voltage range of 3.5 V to 18 V. It is housed in a 32-lead LFCSP package (6 mm × 6 mm) and is specified for -40°C to +115°C operation, making it suitable for automotive environments. The device is qualified for automotive applications and supports in-circuit download via JTAG and LIN.
