The ADUC7020BCPZ62I-RL is a precision analog microcontroller from Analog Devices Inc., based on the ARM7TDMI 16/32-bit RISC core. It operates at up to 44 MHz and integrates 62 KB of Flash/EE program memory along with 8 KB (2K x 32) SRAM. The device features a 12-bit, 1 MSPS analog-to-digital converter with 5 input channels and four 12-bit digital-to-analog converters. On-chip peripherals include a PLA, PWM generator, power supply monitor, temperature sensor, and watchdog timer.
Connectivity is provided through EBI/EMI, I²C, SPI, and UART/USART interfaces, making it suitable for a variety of embedded control applications. The microcontroller operates from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and is fully specified over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It is housed in a 40-lead LFCSP package (6mm x 6mm) with exposed pad for thermal management.
Design considerations include separate analog and digital power supply pins (AVDD and IOVDD) to minimize noise coupling. The internal trimmed oscillator and PLL provide clock flexibility, and the JTAG port enables code download and debug. The ADUC7020BCPZ62I-RL is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
