The A3P400-FGG484 is a member of Microsemi's ProASIC3 flash FPGA family, offering 400,000 system gates and 9216 VersaTiles (D-flip-flops) for logic implementation. It provides 194 user I/O pins and 55,296 bits of true dual-port SRAM for data buffering and storage. The device operates from a core voltage supply of 1.425V to 1.575V and is specified for commercial temperature range of 0°C to 85°C. It is surface-mounted in a 484-BGA package (484-FPBGA, 23x23mm).
