The processor operates at 100 MHz, offering 1.25 DMIPS/MHz throughput, and includes features like a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) and various debug interfaces.

The FPGA fabric is based on the ProASIC3 technology, operating at up to 350 MHz. It offers nonvolatile, instant-on functionality and includes embedded SRAMs and FIFOs. The device supports up to 512 Kbytes of embedded nonvolatile flash memory (eNVM) and up to 64 Kbytes of embedded high-speed SRAM (eSRAM).

Connectivity options include a 10/100 Ethernet MAC with RMII interface, two I2C peripherals, two UARTs, and two SPI peripherals. It also features a 32-bit watchdog timer and an 8-channel DMA controller to offload the processor. The device includes multiple clock sources, including a 100 MHz embedded RC oscillator and an analog PLL.

Programmable analog capabilities are also integrated, with up to three 12-bit SAR ADCs and sigma-delta DACs.
