The 930-111J-51P is a QMA receptacle with a female socket contact, designed for 50 Ohm impedance RF applications up to 6 GHz. It features a right angle body style and supports both surface mount and through hole mounting with a bulkhead front side nut mounting feature. The snap-on fastening mechanism enables quick and easy mating without the need for wrench clearance, saving space in dense PCB layouts.

 

Electrical specifications include a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000 V RMS, working voltage up to 480 V RMS, and typical power handling of 150 W at 2.5 GHz. Contact resistance is 3.0 mOhm maximum for the center contact and 2.5 mOhm maximum for the outer contact. The connector provides screening effectiveness of -80 dB minimum from DC to 3 GHz and -70 dB minimum from 3 to 6 GHz.

 

The housing is gold plated, and the center contact is made of beryllium copper. Both contact and shield terminations are solder type. The connector is rated for a minimum of 100 mating cycles with typical engagement force of 25 N and disengagement force of 20 N. Operating temperature range is -40 to +85 °C.
