The 74LVT244B; 74LVTH244B is an 8-bit buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs, designed for 3.3V systems. It can function as two 4-bit buffers or one 8-bit buffer, controlled by two output enables (1OE and 2OE).
Key features include a wide supply voltage range from 2.7V to 3.6V, BiCMOS high speed, and output drive capability of +64 mA and -32 mA. The device offers direct interface with TTL levels and overvoltage tolerant inputs up to 5.5V, enabling interface with 5V systems. Bus hold data inputs eliminate the need for external pull-up resistors.
