The 74LVCH244APW,118 is an 8-bit buffer/line driver from Nexperia part of the 74LVCH family. The device can be used as two 4-bit buffers or one 8-bit buffer with 3-state outputs controlled by two output enable pins (1OE and 2OE). A HIGH on nOE forces the outputs into high-impedance OFF-state. Inputs are overvoltage tolerant up to 5.5V, allowing use in mixed 3.3V and 5V systems.
Schmitt-trigger action at all inputs ensures tolerance to slow input rise and fall times.
