The 74HCT139D from HAR is a versatile dual 2-to-4 line decoder/demultiplexer IC. Each decoder within the device decodes two binary weighted address inputs to four mutually exclusive outputs. An enable input is featured on each decoder, forcing all outputs HIGH when the enable input is HIGH. This enable input can also serve as the data input for a 1-to-4 demultiplexer application.
This component offers flexibility with two input level options: CMOS level for the 74HC139 variant and TTL level for the 74HCT139 variant. It is suitable for various applications including memory decoding, data routing, and code conversion. The outputs are active LOW and mutually exclusive.
