The 74HC4066PW,118 is a quad single-pole single-throw (SPST) analog switch from Nexperia. It contains four independent switches, each with two input/output terminals and an active HIGH enable input. The device features low on-resistance: typical values are 50 Ω at VCC = 4.5 V, 45 Ω at VCC = 6.0 V, and 35 Ω at VCC = 9.0 V, with a maximum of 95 Ω. It offers a wide supply voltage range of 2 V to 10 V and operates over a temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C.
The switch provides high bandwidth of 200 MHz typical and low crosstalk of -60 dB at 1 MHz. Fast switching times are 30 ns (turn-on) and 20 ns (turn-off) maximum.
