The 74HC4066D-Q100,118 is a quad single-pole single-throw (SPST) analog switch from Nexperia, qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 for automotive use. Each switch has an active HIGH enable input and features low ON resistance: typically 50Ω at 4.5V, 45Ω at 6V, and 35Ω at 9V.
