The Bourns 70AAJ-4-M0G is a spring loaded male connector from the 70AA series, offering a 4-contact interface in a surface mount package with 2.54 mm pitch. It features gold-plated copper alloy contacts with a minimum of 30 microinches of gold over nickel plating, ensuring reliable electrical performance. The connector is rated for 3 A per contact and 60 V maximum voltage, with a contact resistance of 25 milliohms maximum initial, degrading to 50 milliohms maximum after 50,000 cycles of operation.
Designed for high cycle life, this connector can withstand a minimum of 50,000 operating cycles and maintains a normal force of 80 gf minimum at 0.25 mm working height. It is rated for 30 G vibration and 100 G shock, making it suitable for demanding environments. The operating temperature range spans -55°C to 125°C, and the component is rated MSL 1 for moisture sensitivity.
