The 1PS79SB70,115 is a general-purpose Schottky diode from Nexperia, designed for high-speed switching applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 70V and an average rectified current of 70mA. The diode offers low forward voltage: 410mV at 1mA, 750mV at 10mA, and 1V at 15mA, enabling efficient low-voltage operation. Reverse leakage current is minimal at 100nA for 50V reverse bias, increasing to 10µA at 70V. The device also exhibits low capacitance of 2pF at 0V and 1MHz, making it suitable for high-frequency circuits.
