The 1PS74SB23,125 is a Schottky barrier diode from Nexperia, designed for high-efficiency rectification and circuit protection. It features ultra fast switching speed and low forward voltage, making it suitable for switched-mode power supplies and polarity protection applications.
With a maximum reverse voltage of 25V and continuous forward current of 1A, this diode offers a forward voltage of 450 mV at 1A. It can handle non-repetitive peak forward current up to 25A. Reverse current is 500 µA at 20V. Diode capacitance is 100 pF at 4V and 1 MHz.
The device is encapsulated in an SC-74 (SOT-457) small plastic SMD package, with supplier device package 6-TSOP. It is surface mountable and has a junction temperature range up to 125°C. Thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 250 K/W.
