Dual high-speed switching diode encapsulated in a very small SOT323 (SC-70) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. Features high switching speed (trr ≤ 4 ns) and low capacitance (Cd ≤ 1.5 pF). Repetitive peak reverse voltage of 85 V and reverse voltage of 80 V. Forward current up to 200 mA per diode (single loaded) or 170 mA (double loaded). Non-repetitive peak forward current up to 4 A. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, suitable for automotive applications. Typical applications include high-speed switching and general-purpose switching. The package is very small, ideal for space-constrained designs.
