The Microsemi 1N4567A is a JEDEC registered Zener reference diode from the 1N4565 thru 1N4584A-1 series. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 6.4V with a tight tolerance and a temperature coefficient as low as 0.0005%/°C, ensuring minimal voltage change over a broad temperature range.
This diode is designed for applications requiring a stable voltage reference. It operates with selectable currents of 0.5 mA, 1.0 mA, 2.00 mA, and 4.00 mA, with a typical dynamic impedance of 200 Ω at 1 mA. The maximum power dissipation is 500 mW at 25°C, and it operates across a wide temperature range of -65°C to +175°C.
The 1N4567A features an axial-leaded, hermetically sealed glass case in the DO-35 (DO-204AH) package. It is suitable for through-hole mounting and is optionally available with an internal metallurgical bond by adding a "-1" suffix. The diode is non-sensitive to ESD per MIL-STD-750 Method 1020.
