The JAN1N4567A from QPL is a 6.4 Volt temperature compensated Zener reference diode, part of the 1N4565 thru 1N4584A-1 series. This diode offers a selection of temperature coefficients, down to 0.0005%/°C, ensuring minimal voltage change over a broad temperature range. It operates with nominal voltages of 6.4V and is available with various operating currents.
Encased in a hermetically sealed glass DO-35 (DO-204AH) package, the JAN1N4567A features flexible axial-leaded mounting terminals. It has a maximum DC power dissipation of 500 mW at 25°C and an operating temperature range of -65°C to +175°C. The diode is also noted for being non-sensitive to ESD per MIL-STD-750 Method 1020 and has a typical low capacitance of 100 pF or less.
This series is JEDEC registered and optionally available with an internal metallurgical bond by adding a '-1' suffix. Military qualifications such as JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV are also available. The JAN1N4567A is suitable for instrumentation and other circuit designs requiring a stable voltage reference.
