The 1N4148W-G3-08 is a silicon epitaxial planar fast switching diode designed for high-speed switching applications. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 75V and a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V. The diode can handle an average rectified current of 150mA and a surge forward current of 500mA for less than 1 second. Forward voltage is typically 1.0V at 10mA and 1.2V at 100mA. Reverse recovery time is a fast 4ns under standard test conditions. Power dissipation is 350mW with a thermal resistance of 357K/W junction-to-ambient. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, and storage temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
The 1N4148W-G3-08 is housed in a SOD-123 surface mount package, which is compact and suitable for automated assembly. It is RoHS compliant and marked as a green product with the G3 suffix. AEC-Q101 qualification is available on request. This diode is ideal for general purpose switching, signal clamping, and protection circuits in consumer and industrial electronics.
