It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 1000V and an average rectified output current of 1.0A. The device offers a non-repetitive peak forward surge current rating of 30A and a forward voltage of 1.0V at 1.0A. Reverse recovery time is 2.0µs, making it suitable for 50/60Hz line frequency applications.
This rectifier is housed in a DO-41 plastic package with tin-plated leads and a cathode band polarity indicator. It is RoHS compliant with a lead-free finish and UL 94V-0 flammability rating. The operating temperature range spans -65°C to +175°C.
