1N4007-T

The 1N4007-T from Diodes Incorporated is a 1.0A standard recovery rectifier diode designed for general-purpose rectification. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 1000V and an average rectified current of 1A. The diode offers a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 30A, making it suitable for applications where high inrush currents may occur. Forward voltage drop is typically 1V at 1A, and reverse leakage current is limited to 5µA at 25°C. The device is packaged in a DO-41 (DO-204AL) axial lead through-hole package, which is compatible with automated insertion and hand soldering. The package is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating, and terminations are bright tin plated for solderability. The 1N4007-T is RoHS3 compliant and MSL Level 1. Note that this part is not recommended for new designs (NRND) per the manufacturer. It is intended for use in low-frequency rectification, power supply input stages, DC blocking, and freewheeling diode applications.
