This Weidmüller OMNIMATE Signal LMZF series terminal block is a 2-position wire-to-board connector with a 5.00mm pitch and 45° (135°) mating angle relative to the PCB. It utilizes a screwless spring cage (tension clamp) termination for fast and reliable wire connections without tools. The through-hole mounting ensures a secure solder connection on the PCB.
Electrical ratings are 300V/15A per UL and 630V/24A per IEC, accepting wire sizes from 14 to 26 AWG (0.13-2.5 mm²). The housing is made of orange Wemid (PA) material with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, offering long-term temperature resistance up to 120°C. The contacts are copper alloy with 5-8 µm matte tin plating.
Mechanical dimensions: width 12.5mm, height 16.4mm, depth 14.5mm. Solder pins are 0.8x0.8mm square with a 3.5mm length. A side interlocking feature allows ganging multiple blocks for higher pole counts. Supplied in a box of 100 units.
