The Weidmüller 1825680000 (LSF-SMT 3.5/6/180) is a 6-pole PCB terminal block designed for push-in spring connection. It has a 3.5 mm pitch and accepts wires from 16 to 24 AWG (0.13 to 1.5 mm²) with an 8 mm stripping length. The terminal block is rated for 12 A continuous current (simplified; datasheet shows up to 16 A at 20°C and 14 A at 40°C) and 300 V (UL/CSA). DIN ratings are 320 V for overvoltage class II/pollution severity 2 and 160 V for III/2 and III/3.
The insulating material is LCP GF with a flammability rating of UL 94 V-0. The contact material is copper alloy with tin plating. The component is mounted via through-hole reflow soldering with a solder pin length of 3.5 mm and a fitting hole diameter of 1.1 mm. The storage temperature range is -25°C to 55°C.
This terminal block is suitable for industrial control, building automation, and general PCB wiring applications where reliable push-in termination is required. It is supplied in tubes of 25 pieces.
