The Weidmüller 1760490000 (PM 5.08/2/90 3.5 OR) is a 2-pole PCB terminal block from the System PM series, featuring a 5.08 mm pitch and a 90° outgoing conductor direction (horizontal with board). It is designed for through-hole soldered connections and uses a screw - leaf spring, wire guard termination system. The block accepts solid and flexible conductors from 0.13 mm² to 2.5 mm² (26 AWG to 14 AWG) with a stripping length of 6 mm and requires a tightening torque of 0.4 Nm to 0.5 Nm on M 2.5 clamping screws.
The housing is molded from orange Wemid (PA) insulating material (similar to RAL 2000) and carries a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. It has a CTI of ≥ 600 V and provides electric shock protection to IP 20. Electrical ratings include 24 A at up to 40°C (IEC) with a rated impulse withstand voltage of 4 kV. The block supports side interlocking for building multi-pole assemblies up to 24 poles per row.
Storage temperature range is -25°C to +55°C. The solder pin length is 3.5 mm with a fitting hole diameter of 1.3 mm (+0.1 mm tolerance). Supplied in boxes of 500 pieces.
