The Weidmüller 1638630000 (BL 3.5/10/90 SN OR) is a 10-position plug-in connector designed for PCB connection systems. It features screw clamp yoke termination for reliable wire clamping, with a 90° wire entry direction. The connector is rated for 12 A per pole at 20°C (IEC) and 8 A (UL 1059 Use Group D), with rated voltages of 320 V (IEC II/2) and 300 V (UL/CSA Use Group D).
The insulating material is PBT (insulating material group IIIa) with an orange color (similar to RAL 2000) and flammability class UL 94 V-0. The contact base material is copper alloy with a tin-plated surface. The connector accepts wire sizes from 0.08 mm² to 1.5 mm² (28 AWG to 14 AWG) and requires a stripping length of 6 mm. Tightening torque is 0.2-0.25 Nm.
