The Weidmüller 1604810000 (SL 3.5/6/180 3.2SN OR) is a 6-position PCB plug-in connector header designed for through-hole soldering. It features a 3.5mm pitch, vertical orientation, and a shrouded (2 side) header with male pins. The orange PBT insulating material meets UL 94 V-0 flammability class, and the tin-plated CuSn contacts ensure reliable solder connections.
Electrical ratings include a voltage rating of 300V and a current rating of 10A per the attribute data, with detailed derated currents provided in the datasheet: 17A at 20°C (min. pins) and 12A at 20°C (max. pins). The connector is rated for overvoltage class III/pollution severity 3 at 160V with a 2.5kV impulse withstand voltage. It is also UL 1059 and CSA certified for 300V/10A use group D.
The header is designed for through-hole mounting with a vertical orientation and 3.5mm pitch. The orange PBT insulating material meets UL 94 V-0 flammability class. The connector can be coded for keying and provides IP10 electric shock protection. It is packaged in a box of 50 pieces.
