This is a Weidmüller 1604770000 PCB plug-in connector header, part of the SL 3.5/180 series. It is a 2-position, single-row, vertical header with male pins and a shrouded design. The pitch is 3.50 mm (0.138 inches). It is designed for through-hole solder mounting on PCBs.
