This Weidmüller BLZ 5.08/10 SN OR is a 10-position plug-type terminal block with female sockets, designed for 5.08mm pitch. The screw-yoke (clamping yoke) termination secures solid or stranded wire from 0.2 to 2.5 mm² (26-12 AWG) with a clamping range of 0.13-3.31 mm². Rated voltage is 300V (400V for overvoltage class II/2) with a rated current of 15A (19A minimum pins at 20°C).
The orange PBT insulating housing meets UL 94 V-0 flammability class and provides IP 20 touch protection. Features include retention latches (non-wire side) and 180° wire entry. The plug is free-hanging (in-line) and includes M 2.5 clamping screws requiring 0.4-0.5 Nm tightening torque and a 7 mm strip length. Standard package quantity is 50 pieces.
Designed for industrial control, power distribution, and building automation, this plug offers reliable connection with high vibration resistance and wide operating temperature range (-50°C to +100°C). Contact mating finish is tin on copper alloy base material.
