The Weidmüller 1508160000 is a 3-position male header from the OMNIMATE Signal SL 5.08 series, designed for through hole mounting on PCBs. It features a 5.08mm pitch and right angle (90°) orientation, making it suitable for compact wire-to-board connections. The header is shrouded on two sides and uses tinned copper alloy pins with a solder pin length of 3.2mm.
Electrically, it is rated for 300V and 15A under UL standards, and 400V and 18A under IEC standards (at 20°C with minimum number of poles). The insulating material is orange PBT (UL 94 V-0) with a comparative tracking index (CTI) of ≥200. The contact mating finish is tin with a nickel underlayer.
Mechanical specifications include a solder eyelet hole diameter of 1.3mm, and the header can be coded for keying. It offers IP20 touch-safe protection when plugged. The packaging is a box containing 100 pieces.
