The Kyocera AVX 1206YG335ZAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 3.3 µF and a rated voltage of 16V. It features a Y5V dielectric, which offers a wide temperature characteristic of +22%/-82% capacitance change over the operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. The capacitor has a tolerance of -20%/+80%.
Housed in a 1206 (3216 Metric) package with dimensions 3.20mm x 1.60mm and a maximum thickness of 1.27mm, it is suitable for surface mount assembly. Terminations are plated with nickel and tin. The dissipation factor is ≤9.0% at 16V, and insulation resistance is 10,000MΩ or 500MΩ-µF, whichever is less.
